Cost:

You will be asked to settle your consultation fees prior to the appointment by credit card or EFT. Once payment has been received your appointment will be confirmed and you will receive several forms to complete.

Generally you may expect four to five consultations within 12 months period:

• First consultation/diagnostic assessment/report and first prescription if applicable £ 1000  with Qb-Check £ 1150

• Titration and assessment of feedback in first weeks is free of charge

• Follow up appointment four weeks later (fee inclusive of prescription) £ 250

• Follow up appointment three months later (fee inclusive of prescription) £ 250

• Follow up appointment three or six months later (fee inclusive of prescription) £ 250

• Follow up appointments six monthly (fee inclusive of prescription) £ 250

• Prescriptions £ 50
